Nothing like the original Anime. William Defoe as Ryuk was amazing. But we never really saw Ryuk, he was always in the shadows, and not in it as much as I would had liked. There was not much story development.
It jumps from one thing to the next. Does not stay with the story. I was very disappointed in this.
