Possibly good for those who haven't seen the original, but this Death Note adaption fails to comprehend what the original meant and spoke about. In this "movie" things are cut short by pointless exposition and "thrilling teen romance".
A decent stand alone film, but not worth checking out unless you're absolutely bored.
