This movie is stuck in the middle for me, it didn't wow me but it didn't fail me either. It's got solid performances from both leads and the young saoirse ronan did an excellent job as well.

I was overall entertained though wanted a bit more out of the romance as well as more into the life of the great mystery man himself. A clever take on the story of Houdini mixing fact and fiction together into an overall interesting film.
