Review of Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father (2008) by Chris E — 03 Mar 2009
I can't remember the last time a movie affected me this much.
While I can see some hard-core film snobs not gelling wtih Kurt Kuenne's sometimes "over the top" moments, I found it to be refreshing. Kuenne takes what could have been a standard tru crime documentary, and turns into something else.
Be warned: this movie is very heartbreaking. If you don't get the least bit teary-eyed while watching this, you have no heart and should just give up now.
