Review of Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father (2008) by Fay C — 09 Apr 2009
A gut-wrenching documentary, it was emotional, shocking and enraging. What happen there due to judicial negligence was really sad and heart shattering. You can feel the pain and anger that Bagby's family and friends experienced.
Then the story takes a final, horrible twist that's almost too much to endure. It really broke me and I couldn't stop the tears coming out. I'm not sure if I can bring myself to watch it again, it's just so heartbreaking, but I reckon everybody should definitely watch it once.
5 stars.
