This documentary is breathtaking and amazing. HOWEVER! Please have a hanky with you when you watch. It will literally rip your heart out of your ass. Every moment is gripping and also makes you ache for these poor people and their loss.
Watch it if you have a stiff upper lip, and if you don't, be prepared to be depressed for hours after watching this.
