Review of Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father (2008) by Alan G — 02 Sep 2011
Much like the documentary Catfish, the less you know about this film the more impact it has. But much unlike Catfish, you will probably be crying for 90 minutes straight. Dear Zachary starts as a beautiful and heartbreaking tribute to somebody's best friend, and then evolves and takes the viewer through a story of family, love, hope, and incredible injustice.
Dear Zachary may be the most moving documentary that you will ever see.
