FINALLY watched this film! Intentional on my part with the whole Ferguson-StandYourGround bull crap inspiring my ire.
Many tropes, but that's what I was expecting and wanting. I think the only actor who could have done better was "college paper editor" (even then, not terrible considering his role.).
In summary: they hit a lot of issues superficially, but the timing of the film couldn't be more perfect.
