Review of Dear John (2010) by Greg C — 02 Jul 2011

I had heard this film was filled with love and heartbreak. I had also heard a lot of comparison to The Notebook. Well, they were right.

I have to admit, I was surprised and quite please with the performance provided by Amanda Seyfried. I felt her portrayal of her character was believable. Channing Tatum did a good job, but let's be honest, I wasn't really paying attention to his acting ;).

If you ever want a movie to cry too, I'd definitely recommend this.
