Review of Dear John (1988) by Pete M — 28 Dec 2011
The story and relationship between John and his father is ten fold more interesting than with the girl, they should have stuck with that. I love the production, very artistic at parts, nice lighting and atmosphere.
The script writing was superb - "I need you to tell me. I need you to jus-I need you to tell me, okay? Can you just tell me, please? Can you just tell me what you want me to do?" - Aren't you in the military? Grow a sack.
