Had to watch this when I knew Gerard Butler was in it. Lovely emtional film with loads of love. I was hoping for a happy ending where the 'stranger' comes back on shore leave and they all live happily ever after! But just like real life, it wasn't to be! A sad one but I will be watching it again and again.
