Chevy Chase films are usually hit or miss. This film was a miss; big time. The plot was just plain stupid and made no sense. There were so many holes in the story. Chevy Chase was just not that funny at all and just plain boring at parts.
There were a few scenes that were typical Chase, but in the end, just not that good. This goes on that list of typical bad 80s films.
