Review of Deadgirl (2008) by Darren S — 12 Sep 2008
A couple of lads find a dead girl tied up in a deserted basement... only she isn't dead after all. What do they do? Well, let's just say they're not thinking with their heads. It's a really disturbing premise which somehow loses some of its impact by the need to relieve the horror with too many humourous scenes involving some of the kids' classmates.
Still, the fresh cast give it their best and it's a promising debut from the two directors.
