Review of Deadgirl (2008) by Tron D — 04 Oct 2008
Saw this at FANTASTICFEST 08. Thought this should have been better, though a lot of people did like this. Solid actors, beautiful set and a premise that's a tiger by the tail (2 stoners break into an abandoned sanitarium and find a naked girl strapped to a table), Deadgirl turns out to be nothing more than an unrequited love story.
I kept waiting for something to happen. Barely-passable psychological horror that could have been sooooo much more.
