Three stars for the occasional chills it packed, otherwise a pretty dumb affair exploring the theme of having a Zombie sex slave tied up in a shady basement. Not saying that the idea was bad, just poorly executed.
With little or almost no character development, zero or no explanation given for certain plot aspects and icky theme of necrophilia. Watch it if you just can't stay away from Zombie flicks.
