Review of Dead Snow (2009) by Cade H — 23 Feb 2016

Dead Snow was pretty much a foreign version of the horror classic Evil Dead. A group of friends go up into the snowy mountains in Norway to get away for the weekend, only to stumble upon evil, undead zombie nazis.

This film is packed with blood, gore, laughs and plenty of cool, unforgettable moments. At times it can be hard to follow along with subtitles but once you get past that, this film is very enjoyable to watch.

The cool part is that the nazis are not just zombies, they are more intelligent evil beings that are very tough and pose a major threat. The group of friends are all interesting and seeing them fend off the undead is fun and it gets very creative.

If you like Evil Dead or any of those horror/comedy type films, this one is right up there with the best of them.
