Review of Dead Man Walking (1995) by Pip D — 28 Jan 2011
I've seen this before but thought I'd give in another whirl as I seem to remember liking it a lot: I wasn't disappointed. Sarandon plays her part with such compassion and love and Penn is superb as the murderer finally seeking redemption.
Films like this always get to me as I don't like feeling pity for characters such as his - makes me question what I can and can't forgive.
