It had been years since I saw this movie, remembering it from the 90's and deciding to rent it to re-familiarize myself with it. A powerful film with superb acting by Sean Penn and Susan Sarandon, whom the latter uses the power of god, the lord and spirituality to manifest the power of good over evil in the end.
