Review of Dead Like Me: Life After Death (2009) by Sofia B — 21 Mar 2009
George Lass died a most embarrassing death some years ago from being hit by a toilet seat from outer space and is now a grim reaper. Together with her friends she reaps souls, which sometimes can get complicated not forgetting she still lives in the same town as her living family.
I absolutely LOVED the series and found Mason (played excellently by Callum Blue) to be my personal hero for a few years but I didn't quite expect the series to become such a boring movie.
Yes, it was great to see George, Roxy and Mason reap souls again but come on! The Waffle House burned to the ground? Sarah Wynter as Daisy? Rube dead and gone? You have got to be joking. This could have been better. Much better.
