Review of Dead in Tombstone (2013) by Ben R — 28 Jun 2016

Not a bad 80's/early 90's era style action and violence from a 2013 western. A few minor gripes about casting and dialog and effects,but all in all this wasn't a waste of time. Anthony Michael Hall made a pretty decent bad guy and Mickey Rourke is above this kinda role but needs money I guess.

Dina Meyer needs to be in more movies and I haven't seen her since her starship trooper days. Danny Trejo who is sorta now identified with Machete only now, does a great job in this as the hero. His dialog is pretty terrible, but you don't watch these movies to hear him try to spout poetry or try to win an oscar either.
