Review of Dead Heat (1988) by Crissy B — 11 Nov 2007
2 cops after busting a jewlery heist discover a resurrection machine and an army of the living dead in this silly 80's action splatter comedy. These cops have to battle against resurrected chickens, pork and even liver in a chinese restaurant.
The music:shit, acting:shit, dialogue:shit, story:shit. Did they even have a script for this piece of shit or did they improvise their way through whole production? I love it!!! Great 80's cheese trash for morons like me.
I remember watching this 20 years ago in my late teens. Of course I'm talking of the good old days of 10th generation bootleg videos and Fangoria. Thanks to late night cable I got to see this again. 20 years ago I considered this pretty cool stuff, but now realize how moronic and stupid this whole mess really is.
Bring the boys over , crack a 6 pack and order some Peking duck.
