Review of Dead and Buried (2006) by Anna N — 31 Oct 2007
Dead and Buried is a pleasant surprise. The film crosses many genres. It is part horror, part zombie flick, part mystery, part comedy, and all very original. The script is excellent, while the execution at times is flawed.
Why this script didn't get better treatment is beyond me. Hollywood could make a mint by remaking this film with a real budget. Dead and Buried is one of those "diamonds in the rough" that you should check out.
