Not great. Few can truly make great horror comedies. Sam Raimi's original Evil Dead, Stuart Gordon's Re-Animator, etc. Dead and Breakfast has moments. I like the comic panels and the country song narrative fragments, but otherwise the film never achieves a true balance of horror and comedy.
