Review of Dead & Breakfast (2004) by June N — 20 May 2009
Definitely a sleeper hit in the indie zombie horror circle. Its got decent acting, great gore, and some nice characters. There are a few moments where they try to inject lame humour and some music solos that slow down the movie, but at the end it goes into full blown madness at the end.
Its in the vein of Evil Dead and Night of the Living Dead. Ever Carradine was excellent in her last stand as her homage to Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams. An underrated classic of the genre.
