Review of Dazed and Confused (1993) by Alberto D — 28 May 2011

Clearly derivative of American Graffiti, which is not a favourite of mine to begin with. This has some interesting characters, but also too many that I'd like to kick in the head. There are brief moments of great Linklater conversation that we'd see later in Before Sunrise.

Am. Graffiti was made in the 70s about the 50s; Dazed and Confused was made in the 90s about the 70s; I'd like to see the film about the 90s - that might be more interesting to me....
