Review of Days of Glory (2006) by Mark F — 21 Nov 2007
A film that really should have been made a long time ago. The forgotten North African soldiers who fought for the French in WWII are dramatically shown in a war movie fit to stand next to Saving Private Ryan in importance.
Wonderful acting and chemistry, this somber picture reminds us of the sacrifices many people make who are soon forgotten from historical racism and prejudice.
