Review of Day Watch (2006) by Patrick M — 05 Jul 2008
Far more epic than its predecessor, and yet still retains it's good-natured... nature. Filled with gripping action scenes that aren't so much intricately choreographed than more involving of the characters set-up in the first film as real people.
Not only has a good sense of epic-ness, but also a great sense of humour, including a section of the film involving one male character and one (previously an owl) female character. Very entertaining overall.
That is, if you've seen the first film.
