This film had enough atmosphere, surprises and solid narrative structure to overcome the flaws that limit this film. Do not think that this film is an adaptation of the book of the same name; rather, it is a loose adaptation of the second story in the book Night Watch (the first story of that book being adapted for the film of that name.
Confused? Donâ??t be). However, one must have watched the film Night Watch to make full sense of this film.
