Definitely way ahead of it's time. I can only imagine what people were thinking when they saw it almost 30 years ago. Brutal story line with some really bad acting. Yes, after multiple rapings, the lady is now interested in one of the rapers.
.. hilarious how the one guy falls for that... serves him right for what happens to him in the bathtub!
