This film is horrible... really horrible, in more ways then one. For the most part the film is awful and boring - however the more intense moments (and I do mean intense) are cringe-worthy and horrifying.
If you're a big cinema history buff especially when it comes to horror/girndhouse/exploitation films then you might want to check it out. Having said that don't expect to be entertained.
