DAY FOR NIGHT is Truffaut's love letter to cinema, to production crews, the great filmmakers, and so forth - the life of moviemaking. It follows the cast and crew of the movie "Meet Pamela," a movie about moviemaking. The best parts are these short montage sequences set to music on the making of the movie. Don't watch this if it's your first Truffaut film, otherwise check it out..

21 GRAMS is the least chronological, if that makes any sense, movie that I have seen, I think. A bit like a puzzle, yet never confusing. I am not entirely sold that the technique was necessary for this, but that is just my take. Anyways, great acting across the board, the story is often engaging, and worth a look. .
