Review of Daughters of Darkness (1971) by Andrew B — 25 Jun 2008
Though quite flawed, this film actually was an interesting, fairly decent take on a modernized Elizabeth Bathory that managed to dodge itself out of many exploitation cliches. The acting actually wasn't as bad as I was expecting, and it had a bit of a dark, creepy atmosphere.
I'd say it's worth checking out, especially for anyone who has an interest in Bathory.
