This is about what you'd expect. Steve Carell's charm and Tina Fey's wit make this worth watching, though overall I found the film itself to be a pretty standard comedy with no big standout moments.
It kept me entertained for a couple hours, which is more than I can say for some "comedy" movies, but I doubt I'd want to watch it again.
