Review of Das Boot (1981) by Jacob H — 26 Apr 2012
Spectacular! This is, in my opinion, the most intense and thrilling film. From the way its filmed, to the battles and to the feeling of being almost claustrophobic in the Submarine. The realism is unmatched and I felt as if my heart was nearly going to explode.
The sheer spectacle is awe-inspiring. One of the worlds most incredible films and by far my favorite of German Cinema.
