Review of Das Boot (1981) by Lucas Q — 16 Jul 2008
Fantastic submarine film. Wolfgang Peterson gets so much of the submarine details down and the characterization of the people here is fantastic. Each of the actors is totally believable and the theme music is great.
A bit long, but it keeps your interest very well following the whole journey from when the new crew is preparing to leave to its return.
