Review of Darkman (1990) by Quinto W — 19 Dec 2008
Depending on your taste, this is either a lame companion piece to the already lame The Shadow, or a hilarious, tongue-in-cheek sendup of noir-style vigilantes. Darkman is briliant in that it is actually enhanced by it's simplistic story, abounding plot-holes and sub-par (by today's standards) effects.
Also, it's fantastic how the climactic scene, set in a construction site, totally kicks Spider-Man 3's ass.
