I'm still blown away! Such a good movie.
***mild spoilers ahead***.
- Watch out for the scene where Churchill is on the phone to the U.S. president. Its eyeopening. It demonstrates just how alone and isolated he was at home and abroad.
- Theres a scene on an underground train which I think is historical. A very poignant and moving scene.
- Ben Mendelsohn deserves recognition for his portrayal of the King. The scene where he comes to see Churchill was surprising and also moving.
