Darkest Hour is a 2017 war drama film directed by Joe Wright.
Featuring good settings and cinematography, and solid performances all round (especially from Oldman). this film enables us to understand the character of Churchill and the reasons for his decisions. I enjoyed this film very much, finding it quite engrossing and sometimes quite touching.
