A mentally challenged man is wrongfully accused of the death of a young girl, before being hunted down & killed by the local mob. Realising what they have done only after it is too late, this creepily effective & beautifully directed movie cranks the tension up as it appears those responsible for this tragedy are being targeted.
Some really tense scenes and a wonderfully effective final one, helps make this better than average, despite its 32 year age, it has held up quite well. As a movie made for TV, this is up there with the best.
