Review of Dark Country (2009) by José Luís C — 13 Oct 2009
The beginning seemed like a blatant rip-off of Rodriguez's Sin City. The film gets better in the second half once the paranoia sets in, but the storyline was pretty predictable once you caught on to the swing of things.
I liked the twilight zone feel about this, though it's definitely more of a dude's film.
