Review of Dark City (1950) by Ernie D — 24 Mar 2012
Intriguing and immersive blend of 1940s film noir with dark visionary sci-fi. The film is beautifully realised and photographed with great depth of shot and attention to detail. The themes of the film are complex and demand further viewing.
Richard O'Brien is sinister as one of The Strangers who inhabit the city's underworld.
