I didn't like it. Neither the actors, the script nor the looks of it ever appealed to me. It's racist, overly violent, swear words all over the place. It draws too many black and white characters.
Kurt Russell's never really a guy you feel for in this movie. I'd rather say this cop deserves all the things that are happening to him. The cynical flair of "Dark Blue" doesn't work out.
Not for me. And the ending is stupefying. A plethora of clichés, wrapped up in a L.A. riots papermaché.
