Review of Darfur Now (2007) by Lindsay A — 21 May 2008
Makes it easier to wrap your mind around what's been going on in Darfur--there's something about seeing people's stories, and /seeing/ rather than reading. A good look at the different motivations that drive people to have to finally do something--from being directly impacted, to being the white liberal who finally finds a cause he can't ignore.
Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the prosecutor for the ICC, is my new hero.
