Sub-par film that makes it through thanks to its awesome cheesiness. Perfect Saturday late-night trash viewing. I love these natural disaster movies!! They're almost always crap-yet-brilliant-at-the-same-time!
So, as a film, it's awful; as a piece of entertainment... it's great!
