Review of Danger: Diabolik (1968) by Joel V — 03 Dec 2007
Before there were marvel movies this was the best comic adaptation around. Talk about getting your moneys worth on a budget. Mario Bava was filled with little tricks to build a huge world with little money the man was a creative genius.
Long before Austin Powers was macing on the ladies, Diabolik had them all on his tip. Unlike Robin hood who would steal from the rich and give to the poor Diabolik stole from the rich and kept it for himself now that makes more sense.
