Review of Dancer in the Dark (2000) by Paul L — 29 Jul 2008

Now dont get me wrong, the fact that I abhor Bjork as an artist had little influence on my review. I was fully prepared for a heart wrenching sob fest by a budding young actress. What me and my fellow three viewers got instead was an earful of annoying, mood breaking songs and a painfully shitty end.

Bjork was a great actress at times yes. and yes it did tug some heartstrings. The general consesus is though that this movie would of soared far higher if she had not sung once.
