Daddy's Home neither intends to win Best Picture nor does it aim to steal your heart. What it sets out-and accomplishes-to do is make you laugh uncontrollably in your seat a few times. Kudos to the big wigs for the unanticipated final scene, and to Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell for their regularly stupid, eye-rolling moments of hilarity.
