Review of Daddy's Home (2014) by Raji K — 28 May 2016

Will Ferrell is trying to gain respect from his step kids. Just as he begins to gain respect for them, the children's actual father (Mark Wahlberg) comes into to ruin it all. As the two compete to gain respect for the mother (Linda Carderelli), and the kids, the comedy ensues.

There are a few funny moments, but overall this film is not one of the best comedies. Hannibal Burress also appears in as a side character and has some moments, but overall the film is not memorable and a better comedy should have been made with the talent of the film.
