Review of D-Tox (2002) by Terri H — 02 Jan 2009
Sylvester Stallone is doing a great job in this one and I am not really a Stallone fan to begin with. The plot is good and it is definitely not predictable. Intriguing and mysterious. Yes some aspects of it has been done before but its good and well worth watching for a moments excitement.
What bothers me about it is that we never find out what happened to Jenny or the Pastor and also in all the commotion Hendricks gets shot twice in his chest.. and it seems to hurt him less than Malloys knife cut in the arm.
..also I would never have guessed it was from 2002.. feels like a 90ths sort of movie, but still.. its ok..
