"In the end, you start thinking the same thing everybody else things ... I'm hungry. Well, I'm hungry, Rich. I'm fucking starving." Talk about a great script. John Heard's best work.
Bridges shows why he is one of the best actors of his generatiion. A kick-in-the-teeth ending, and an understated theme of masculine guilt and the inate call to manhood.
